शासकीय नवीन महाविद्यालय ठेलकाडीह की स्थापना सन 2018 में की गयी। छत्तीसगढ़ के राजनांदगांव से 17 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर खैरागढ़ मार्ग पर स्थित ठेलकाडीह ग्राम में स्थापित यह महाविद्यालय, हेमचंद यादव विश्वविद्यालय दुर्ग से सम्बद्ध है
